Two stamps mark Swiss Post’s 175th anniversary. From mail coaches to electric mobility and from yellow booklets to e-banking: since it was founded in 1849, Swiss Post has not stopping evolving and adapting to society. For its 175th anniversary, it invited students from the Design, Film and Art department at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts to take part in a competition to design two commemorative stamps. The winning stamps symbolize Swiss Post’s unifying and cohesive role in two vibrant colours – pink and yellow.
