PRIMO - Vinyl Adhesive
Top quality vinyl adhesive. Very good for gluing paper, cardboard, carton, or wood together. It can also be used to glue fabrics, sand, or other creative materials onto both smooth and rough surfaces. If the result does not need to be 100% moisture resistant, the adhesive can also be used to achieve glossy effects. Also perfect for the découpage technique: the adhesive can be applied in multiple layers and must dry completely to enhance crackle effects.
