Talens painting boards in premium quality are made from 100% cotton and stretched on MDF board. This painting board weighs 280 g/m² and has a fine texture with 16 x 16 threads/cm². These painting boards are manufactured to be dimensionally stable and exceptionally robust.

• All painting boards are universally prepared for use with oil, acrylic, and water-mixable oil paint. The high-quality priming consists of a layer of natural glue and two layers of acid-free acrylic-based gesso. This priming ensures excellent stretching properties and prevents the penetration of oil, allowing oil and acrylic paints to adhere excellently.
