For years, the Da Vinci brand has developed a production technology for wide brushes to make them even more durable. A specially shaped serration allows the handle to penetrate deeply into the adhesive layer, thus securing the brush body. Wide brushes from 150 mm are subjected to extra strong stresses in use - these pose special challenges for the connection between the handle and the brush head. Therefore, rivets are additionally used for stabilization. The result: All components of the brush are permanently stably connected. This ensures an especially long lifespan. The synthetic bristle is very close to the conventional pig bristle, but is significantly more durable and easier to clean. Ideally suited for priming, large-scale painting, and much more.
