Only the Marvel and Disney special editions are single-walled and therefore non-thermal. They keep the drinks at temperature for about 3/4 hours. What kind of paints are used on the water bottles? PURO uses only food-approved acrylic resin paints that are free of toxic chemicals and lead, because your safety comes first. Please note that if dropped, the bottle may be dented, but you will never have to worry about its safety: even if dented, your stainless steel bottle will continue to serve you for a long time, never releasing chemicals or toxic substances into your drinks.
