Sharpener - adjustable

In the early 1950s, DUX developed a sharpener that makes it possible to adjust the sharpness of the pencil tip in three variants. A knurl attached to the end of the sharpener allows for adjustment for three different pencil tips. The knurl audibly and noticeably clicks into place when turned. Depending on the setting, the pencil is allowed to penetrate more or less deeply into the sharpener. The precisely defined angle between the cone and the blade then leads to the desired tip.
