The remaining balance will stay on the card and cannot be paid out in cash or credited to a bank card.

The card will not be replaced in the event of theft or loss.

The card is usually activated within 36 hours of purchase. No returns or exchanges are possible.

Gift cards are excluded from payment by invoice.
