Terms of Use

Gift cards are issued by Google Payment Corporation (GPC). They are valid for users who reside in Switzerland and are at least 13 years old. Both a Google Wallet account and Internet access are required for activation and use.

The value of the gift card can only be converted into Google Play credit. The credit cannot be used to purchase subscriptions or devices. Other restrictions may apply from time to time.

There are no fees for using the card and there is no expiration date. When an amount paid with the Google Play Gift Card is refunded, the refund amount will be added to your Google Play balance.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or other cards. It is not possible to reload them or combine them with credit that is not directly linked to Google Play. Furthermore, it is not permitted to resell, exchange or transfer them for a consideration except in the manner provided by law.

By purchasing the Card, the User assumes the risk of loss and liability for unauthorized use of the Card. The user is obliged to handle the card with appropriate care. The Google Wallet account may be suspended or closed if fraud is suspected.
