Fast deliveryWe deliver the items you order within 1-3 working days whenever possible to your desired address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. If an item is not in our warehouse and a longer delivery time is expected, this will be indicated in your shopping basket during the order process.
Invoice option for registered customersHave your registration verified by a letter code. This will activate the invoice option while simultaneously protecting you better from fraud.
Various payment options, no credit card feesYou can choose from the following payment options: credit cards, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance and TWINT. Registered customers can also pay on invoice as well as via gift vouchers or credit they have loaded to the Customer Center in advance. Swiss Post employees can also use staff vouchers for payment.
Self-collection at a PickPost collection point or My Post 24 terminalHave your order conveniently sent to your preferred location (parcel deliveries only). You will be informed by SMS and/or e-mail as soon as your goods are ready for collection. One-off registration is required to use PickPost or My Post 24. Track & TraceRegistered customers can track their parcel delivery at “My orders” using Swiss Post’s Track & Trace service.
Orders can also be placed without registrationAt postshop.ch, you can also submit your order quickly and easily without having to set up a login. By registering, however, you will enjoy the following advantages:
- Redemption of discount codes and vouchers
- Payment on invoice
- Overview of your orders (pending and completed)
- A login for Swiss Post’s various online services
Deliveries abroadThe advantages mentioned above apply exclusively to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. These advantages cannot be guaranteed for deliveries abroad. Separate conditions and provisions apply.
